Consignment find

This 2021 Salsa Warbird carbon came to us on consignment from a rider who bought it new at a local shop and has since moved to a full gravel race program on a different platform. The Warbird is Salsa's do-it-all endurance gravel bike — carbon layup that actually absorbs vibration, Alternator dropout system for single-speed conversion, and the Fargo-inspired geometry that eats rough road. It's a 54 cm, so it fits a rider in the 5'6"–5'9" range well.

We did a full service before listing: GRX 600 groupset adjusted and cables replaced, hydraulic brakes bled, headset and bottom bracket inspected (both feel tight, no play), and the wheels checked for true. The 700×40 tires have real miles on them but plenty of tread left — we'd get another 1,500 miles out of them. Light cosmetic wear on the underside of the downtube from gravel spray; structurally the frame is clean.
